Separate multiple columns/layers of stop plates evenly according to the process spacing to form independent channels, avoiding collisions, stacking, and twisting of stop plates.

2. Position and support the warp yarn, stabilize the yarn path
Provide fixed and equidistant threading channels for warp yarns, ensuring that they are parallel, neat, and without crossing in the warp stopping area.
Cooperate with the stop pad seat to fix the upper, lower, left, and right positions of the warp stopping piece, eliminating jumping and deviation during high-speed weaving.
3. Stabilize tension, reduce yarn wear and breakage
Control the uniformity of tension in the warp stopping area to avoid yarn fuzzing and breakage caused by local tension mutations.
Reduce the friction between the warp yarn and the warp stopper, as well as the yarn guide, and extend the lifespan of the yarn and warp stopper.

Principle: By using comb teeth/grooves to physically isolate and position the warp stopping piece from the warp yarn, each warp yarn corresponds to an independent stopping piece. When the yarn breaks, the stopping piece accurately falls to trigger a stop without interference.
